I bought these sandals specifically for a vacation to Greece with my Mom in September 2022. I knew there would be lots of walking, but I wanted something that would still look nice in photos. Boy, did these sandals deliver. I had no pain, no rub marks and the sole of the shoe was supportive enough where my back did not hurt at the end of the day. That being said, I probably wore these for multiple hours over the course of a 10 day trip. When I got home to the Midwest, it was nearly Fall and these sandals were placed in the back of the closet till Summer 2023.Which brings me to today. I put the shoes on a few weeks ago and to my dismay, the footbed and sole on both shoes were completely separated at the connection point and I could see the underpart of the shoe. I glued them back together with some Gorilla Glue, hoping that would fix it. I took them back out to run some errands and the toe connection point came out of the sole completely while I was walking.While I had hoped for something more durable, I will say these shoes delivered when it came to comfort and price point.
